4 Food and Drinks Should Be Avoided When Menstruation

Women have a variety of complaints when menstruation ranging from back pain, mood irregular, until the body feels limp and uninspired. Even some women feel abdominal pain unbearable when menstruating.Nutrition consultant, Ria Amelia, said that these symptoms can be caused by the intake of food consumed when menstruating. Therefore, pay attention to your diet everyday, especially when she was menstruating. The following four types of intake should be avoided during menstruation. 
1. Coffee
 Ria said that one of the drinks that should be avoided when it comes in is coffee. Coffee is rich in caffeine which can make the body is dehydrated. When menstruating endurance also decreases, if the caffeine it can make the body more supple.

2. Fried

 Foods that contain a lot of fat like fried foods should also be avoided when it comes 'guests' monthly. Foods that contain a lot of oil could increase the hormones estrogen and add a sense of being menstrual cramps. Therefore, you should not be eating too much fried food, especially at the beginning of the menstrual period. 
3. Processed Foods 
Processed foods such as corned beef should be avoided because they contain high sodium. Cheese, ketchup, and containing MSG also should not be consumed when menstruation. Eating foods with high sodium content could disrupt water retention in the body and make the body feel pain.
 

4. Food Rich Sugar 
Menstruating women generally experience changes in mood are irregular. Therefore, avoid consuming foods that contain lots of sugar because it can affect the emotions. Feelings can be easily upset and offended because the influence of the sugar.
